Experience
Ann Chan has been practicing as a solicitor in London since 2011. She returned to Hong Kong as a Registered Foreign Lawyer in 2016 and was admitted to practise as a solicitor in Hong Kong in August 2021. She joined the ONC Lawyers in 2024.
Ann has extensive experience in a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including SFC licensing related matters, structuring and formation of investment fund and related transactions, debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, commercial litigations and shareholders disputes.
Ann has also assisted licensed or listed companies in various regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
