Experience
Kelly’s practice is mainly banking and dispute resolution, including contentious and non-contentious work. She advises on banking, corporate and commercial matters. Kelly has represented financial institutions, government authorities and companies in the hotel, healthcare, education and cosmetics sectors.
Kelly’s practice also includes mediation, arbitration and litigation. Some of the recent cases handled by her included manufacturing defects, cryptocurrency tracing, cyber fraud, artwork authenticity, employment, personal injury and contested probate.
Kelly is currently an appointed mediator in Korean court and a lecturer of mediation course organised by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB).
