Memberships: Member of the Colombian Society of Architects, Bogotá Branch. Active Member of the Society for Improvements and Embellishments of Bogotá.
Academic Training and Experience: Degree in Architecture from the Universidad de los Andes, Bogotá; M.A. in Urban Design, Rice University, Houston; specialization in Urban Law, Universidad Externado de Colombia. Has worked as Urban Curator of Bogotá and as partner and founder of Noriega Restrepo & Asociates Ltd. and Constructora Tenerife Ltd. in assessment of urban topics, with over 20 years of experience. Professor at the Universities of Los Andes, La Salle, and America; guest professor for Urban Design courses at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.
