PGP Partner with over 20 years of professional experience in structuring urban and/or real estate projects, actively participating in the implementation and development of land management and financing instruments, as well as urban planning in territorial zoning plans across different cities. She has contributed to social interest macroprojects, partial plans, implementation plans, property securitization processes, real estate trusts, and related businesses, developed in the construction, real estate, and legal sectors.

• Urban and real estate advisory services for companies developing real estate projects.
• Advising on the approval of land management and urban planning instruments, such as partial plans, rural planning units, and other management instruments.
• Participation in adjustment and revision procedures for territorial zoning plans.
• Analysis and development of urban planning regulations and title studies.
• Due diligence of real estate assets.
• Coordination and review of urban planning reports directed at construction companies, real sector companies, or independent property owners.
• Coordination and review of legal documents defining property ownership chains, encumbrances, ownership limitations, and property regularization processes.
• Coordination and review of drafts, public deeds, and registration of urban planning protocols, land mergers, subdivisions, and area clarifications.

• 2007. Specialist in Administrative Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
