Diana M. O'Connell is a partner at Robb Leonard Mulvihill LLP. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude from Saint Joseph's University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and a minor in Business Administration. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2007, graduating cum laude.
Ms. O'Connell is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and is a former co-chair of The Young Lawyers Division Education Committee. She currently serves on the Bench Bar Committee.
Ms. O’Connell was admitted to the Young Lawyers Fellows Class of 2013 for the Allegheny County Bar Foundation for her commitment to excellence in charitable, community, professional, and public service activities. The program honors and recognizes a maximum of 15 young lawyers per year. In 2017, Ms. O’Connell was named a Fellow for the Allegheny County Bar Foundation, a level of professional distinction in the legal community based on significant contributions and continued commitment to excellence in charitable, community, professional, and public service activities.In 2020, 2021 and 2022, Ms. O’Connell was selected as a Rising Star from Super Lawyers—a distinction only awarded to 2.5% of attorneys practicing in Pennsylvania. Currently, her practice focuses on litigation in the areas of complex insurance coverage and litigation, commercial litigation and general civil litigation.
