Elizabeth F. Nicholson

As a fourth-generation attorney, Elizabeth F. Nicholson is proud to follow in her family’s footsteps. Elizabeth’s passion for public interest and problem solving naturally led her to practice law and continues to motivate her as she works to achieve results that are in her clients’ best interests.

Elizabeth is an associate practicing in the areas of business and commercial litigation, construction law and litigation, and personal injury.

Prior to joining Rosen Hagood, Elizabeth served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable R. Lawton McIntosh, Tenth Judicial Circuit.

Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Historic Preservation and Community Planning from the College of Charleston and earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Charleston School of Law. While in law school, she served as Treasurer of the Public Interest Legal Society and also worked as a law clerk with the firm during the summers of 2013 and 2014.
