Bryan MacCormack is Of Counsel to the firm and focuses his practice in the areas of tax and estate planning. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Upon graduating from law school, he attended Boston University School of Law and earned a Masters of Tax Law degree (LL.M.). Bryan held positions as a tax consultant for American Express and Deloitte & Touche, and also served as a prosecutor in the Florida state attorney’s office. He joined the firm in 2004 after several years of practice at a Boston law firm. He has settled numerous cases before the IRS, the Appeals division, and the United States Tax Court. Bryan is a member of the Bar in Massachusetts, Florida, New Hampshire, and the District of Columbia.
