Brett A. Cole, an associate with the firm, practices in the areas of general civil litigation, premises liability, and insurance defense.
Brett is a native of the Jacksonville area, hailing from the beaches, and is a graduate of Duncan U. Fletcher High School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, in 2009. Brett then served for over seven years as a dedicated teacher for Duval County Public Schools, teaching US History and Civics to gifted and advanced students. Following his career as a teacher, Brett then attended Washburn University School of Law, earning his J.D., with Dean’s Honors, in 2022. Throughout law school, Brett was a legal extern for a local Jacksonville law firm, specializing in trial practice.
Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, boating, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Florida State Seminoles.
