Adam H. Thayer

Adam Thayer focuses his practice on the areas of real estate and business law. Specifically, he handles a variety of transactions from residential and commercial real estate financing and closings, business sales and acquisitions, and SBA 504 and 7A lending. Adam is a licensed attorney in the states of RI, MA, CT, NH, ME, VT, and FL, which allows he and his team to assist clients buying and selling properties throughout the northeast and Florida. He also regularly assists clients and other attorneys to retitle real estate for estate planning purposes.
