Mark Thayer

Mark M. Thayer, Esq. has represented residential and commercial real estate buyers and sellers for nearly 40 years. His practice is focused on residential and commercial real estate and representing condominium associations and landlord/tenant law. A graduate of Vermont Law School, RI Bar Member since 1985 and legal counsel to the Newport County Board of Realtors, Mark also shares his expertise through lectures for industry professionals. He lectures frequently on real estate matters, condominium, timeshare and landlord/tenant law, and regularly advises clients on the complex issues involved in buying, selling, leasing and financing real estate. He particularly enjoys working with first-time home buyers and explains in great detail their rights and obligations under the purchase and sales agreement. He prides himself in that his clients’ transactions are handled quickly, efficiently and with no surprises.
