Biography

Theodore "Ted" Dunn, Jr. combines his keen ability to craft brilliant strategies with significant trial experience to produce successful resolutions in commercial litigation. Ted focuses his practice on matters representing businesses in complex and commercial litigation, business legal risk management, insurance coverage, product liability, professional liability defense, and from construction defects to workplace intentional tort to wrongful death actions. He has experience litigating trademark infringement, cybersquatting, trade secret and unfair competition claims, and disputes between owners in closely held entities.

Ted is licensed to practice law in Ohio, and is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, and the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
