Alex Dehner is an associate attorney at Smith Pauley. He represents and advises clients in a wide variety of civil litigation. His practice focuses on expertly and personally guiding clients through the challenges presented by prospective or ongoing litigation, ensuring those clients’ interests are zealously represented throughout the pursuit of the most favorable outcomes.
Alex graduated with honors from Creighton University School of Law, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University.
Prior to entering private practice, Alex served for 12 years as a judge advocate in the United States Air Force. In that capacity, he practiced criminal and civil law, handling a broad range of complex issues and litigating two dozen jury and bench trials. Additionally, he led teams of attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals. He remains an active member of the Air National Guard, serving part-time as the senior attorney for the 131st Bomb Wing at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri.
