Mrs. Nardangeli has developed a general corporate practice with a focus on the food service industry. She represents restaurants, caterers, and food distribution companies in Maryland, DC and Virginia and has advised her clients with regard to a full gamut of issues encountered by restauranteurs, such as employment, corporate governance, regulatory and licensing (including liquor licenses), mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and real estate matters.
Matters:
Although she has significant experience representing restauranteurs, Mrs. Nardangeli’s experience expands well beyond the food service industry. She has advised businesses of all sizes (from start-ups to publically traded companies) with respect to all aspects of business relationships and questions, including entity organization, structure and governance, fund-raising and financing, employment matters, mergers and acquisitions, real estate purchases, leasing, and corporate reorganization and restructure. She is experienced in preparation of SEC filings, Hart Scott Rodino filings, and other compliance rules and regulations. Mrs. Nardangeli’s diverse experience enables her to look at a business from every angle to determine what type of legal issues may exist and to provide representation and guidance with regard to the successful, cost-effective resolutions of those issues.
