Justin Liberatore is an attorney in the firm’s civil litigation practice area – which includes its labor and employment practice and its construction claims practice.
Mr. Liberatore graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2021 and began working for a local insurance defense firm after graduation. Mr. Liberatore’s experience centered on construction litigation, including multi-million dollar claims against architects and engineers, as well as professional malpractice and employment litigation.
Education:
Mr. Liberatore attended the University of Baltimore School of Law and earned his J.D., Magna Cum Laude, in May of 2021. While at UB, Mr. Liberatore was a staff and associate editor of the University of Baltimore Law Forum, a student attorney at the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic during his third year, as well as a member of the National Taxation Moot Court team which competed at the University of Florida School of Law’s taxation moot court competition. Mr. Liberatore was also inducted as a member of the Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society.
Prior to law school, Mr. Liberatore attended Elon University and earned a B.S.B.A in Finance as well as a B.A. in Political Science.

Outside the Office:
Currently, Mr. Liberatore serves as a coach for the Calvert Hall College High School mock trial team and has done so since 2018. Outside of work, Mr. Liberatore enjoys golfing, fishing, fiction literature, and spending time with his Weimaraner, Jager.
