Huirong Li

Ms. Li graduated from Wuhan University of Technology with Bachelor's degrees in business administration and law (minor), and from China University of Political Science and Law with an LLM.

With over a decade of practical experience in law and AMAC qualification, Ms. Li successively served in the law study division of a university in Nanjing, the legal and compliance department of a finance institution and as the legal director of a major real estate fund institution in China. During her years of practice, Ms. Li has provided perennial legal consulting and special legal consulting services for multiple listed companies, major state-owned enterprises, private equity asset management agencies, start-up companies, etc.

Ms. Li has rich practical experience in the field of investment fund establishment and operation, legal services for corporate and commercial matters, real estate investment and financing, etc. Over nearly 5 years, she provided one-stop legal services to about 30 investment funds (in RMB and USD) throughout the process of raising, establishment, investment and exit, and provided legal services for projects with about RMB 3 billion invested amount in terms of transaction structure design, negotiation, legal instrument drafting/review, assistance in delivery, as well as disposal of post-investment risks, equity repurchase dispute, large creditor’s right and debt dispute, real estate-related litigation and dispute resolution, etc. Ms. Li has also delivered all-round legal services and solutions to multiple start-ups in terms of top design of the shareholding structure, equity incentive and corporate governance.
