Keith Malberti is an intellectual property attorney focused on trademark prosecution and the various stages of civil litigation related to intellectual property disputes. He is adept at guiding clients through the intricate process of trademark registration and protection, ensuring their intellectual property rights are safeguarded. Additionally, Keith is well-versed in handling civil litigation matters, where he represents clients in disputes involving trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights.
Keith graduated with a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Central Florida followed by earning a law degree from New England Law | Boston.
During his time at New England Law | Boston, Keith’s interest in intellectual property law led him to pursue a certificate in the field. This specialized program provided him with comprehensive knowledge and practical clinic experience, where he gained hands-on training in handling various intellectual property matters. This practical experience equipped him with the skills necessary to manage even complex legal issues early on in his intellectual property practice.
In his free time, he volunteers as an Assistant Men’s Lacrosse Coach at Lake Howell High School in Winter Park, Fl and assist college students at UCF in the Blackstone Launchpad where he has put on Intellectual Property workshops and helps advise students who are starting their own businesses.
