Rebecca K. Schultz is an organized/motivated individual who focuses her practice on estate planning, guardianships, and adoptions. Her heart is for individuals and families with their personal needs and helping them create a legacy for their families.
Rebecca is an active learner who loves the ever-changing aspects of the legal field. Prior to becoming an attorney, Rebecca joined the litigation team at Widerman Malek in 2016 as a Florida Registered Paralegal working in numerous areas of law, including guardianships, probate litigation, civil litigation, and construction matters.
While simultaneously working full-time at Widerman Malek, Rebecca attended Barry Law School in Orlando, FL. She graduated with her Juris Doctorate in May 2022 and is a recent member of The Florida Bar. Rebecca also served as a legal intern in the Chief Counsel’s Office at Kennedy Space Center/NASA while obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice from Florida Gulf Coast University.
As a Brevard County native, she enjoys CrossFit and listening to podcasts and audiobooks when she is not practicing law. She and her husband enjoy hiking in the mountains and being German Shepherd parents.
