Adriana Cervantes is a litigation associate who specializes in representing the interests of healthcare providers. This includes defending hospitals, clinics and individual providers in a variety of professional liability, premise liability and licensure actions. Adriana has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from the University of California, San Diego. She was a part-time research assistant for the Center for U.S.-Mexican Studies while also achieving Thurgood Marshall College Provost Honors and a Citizen Scholar Award. Adriana has a Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. She was a member and published author of the Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal (Comm/Ent) and also served as an Executive Symposium Journal Editor. Her favorite part of law school was the experience she gained completing two judicial externships first in Superior Court, County of San Francisco and second in U.S. District Court, Northern District. At graduation, she was inducted into Pro Bono Society for her commitment to community service. After law school, Adriana pursued her passion for public service by working for the Domestic Policy Council at the White House. She now enjoys serving the Sacramento community though her involvement in Operation Protect and Defend and Habitat for Humanity.
