David has been a partner at CCN since 2017, and Leader of the Litigation practice, his practice is focused on complex cross-border litigation, involving proceedings pending simultaneously in American and Mexican courts.
He has been responsible for litigation in contractual matters, tort claims and Intellectual Property matters, among others.
David is rated AV 5.0 Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and also practices as an expert witness in Mexican law in US courts, having testified in Mexican law in more than 130 cases in the United States during the last 20 years.
