Natalie advises clients in the energy, healthcare, food, and manufacturing industries on corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on cross-border transactions with Mexico and other Latin American countries. She has served as an expert witness on U.S. and Texas corporate law in proceedings before Mexican administrative courts. She is a frequent speaker on foreign investment in Texas and compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
