Automotive - Cross Border Practice Group

The Automotive Industry Practice Group brings together attorneys from several Primerus law firms with experience in representing companies involved in all aspects of the automotive industry. This includes design, manufacturing and the distribution of components and finished vehicles. The industry makes a variety of motorized vehicles. This practice group is focused on continued review and discussion of legal matters that are relevant in all the jurisdictions which Primerus serves.

This includes, but is not limited to: contractual matters; sales and distribution matters; product safety matters ; cross-border trade; compliance; intellectual property; bankruptcy/insolvency; mergers & acquisitions; business operation; technological developments; and employment.
