Stephen Hester Brings 15 Years of Experience in Litigation and Business Transactions
Litigation and business law firm Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC announced today the addition of Stephen A. Hester, who will serve in an Of Counsel role. An award-winning attorney, his focus is on civil litigation. He concentrates his practice in insurance defense litigation, business and commercial litigation and business transactions.
“Stephen has a depth of experience litigating matters across industries, including banks, engineering firms, nursing homes and manufacturers. He adds an extra level of expertise to our office, enabling us to better serve our clients,” said Marc O. As a trial attorney, Stephen has litigated bankruptcy matters, complex class action suits, director and officer liability, dissenters’ rights actions and shareholder derivative suits. His business transactions practice has allowed him to work on real estate matters, commercial contracts, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.
Stephen currently serves as one of two state delegates from the Arkansas Bar Association to the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates, the policy-making body for the American Bar Association. He has achieved an AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and Mid-South SuperLawyers “Rising Star” accolades for six years. He is a graduate of Rhodes College and of the University of Tennessee College of Law and is licensed to practice in both Arkansas and in Tennessee.
