Barton LLP is pleased to announce that Charles F. Martin III has joined the firm as a Partner in its Real Estate Practice.
Chuck focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions including the representation of clients in commercial leasing and financing transactions, joint ventures, economic redevelopment projects and the acquisition and disposition of commercial real property.
Chuck routinely represents New York Stock Exchange companies, high-end retail entities, healthcare facilities, real estate investment funds, urban redevelopers, municipalities, industrial agency projects, cybersecurlty and engineering firms, aerospace and defense companies.
Prior to joining Barton, Chuck was a partner in the New York and Connecticut offices of the national firm, Robinson & Cole, where he was a member of the Commercial Real Estate and Development Group.
