December 2020 –The Bennett Law Firm is pleased to announce that Pawel Binczyk recently joined the firm as an associate attorney.
Binczek attended The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law where he earned his J.D., cum laude. He practiced law as a Judge Advocate for six years in the United States Army JAG Corps, gaining extensive experience in litigation, national security, and international law. Binczek handled cases both domestically and internationally and also in prosecution and defense roles, trying over 50 felony cases to verdict. He continues to serve part-time as a uniformed general counsel for the Maine Army National Guard’s 52nd Troop Command where he holds the rank of Major.
At The Bennett Law Firm, Binczek will work closely with clients on a variety of labor and employment law matters including litigation. Regarding the addition of Pawel Binczyk to the firm, Peter Bennett stated, “It is pretty rare in this age of the vanishing jury trial to find an attorney with Pawel’s trial experience and ability to navigate a courtroom.
