Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A. is pleased to announce that the Firm’s managing partner, Edwin C. “Ed” Bull was selected as a Leading Individual attorney by Chambers USA 2014-America’s Leading Lawyers in Business. B&C shareholder M. Brennan Ray was selected as an “Up and Coming” attorney also in the Land Use and Zoning practice group. The real estate practice group is ranked in Tier 1 among law firms in Arizona.
Bull, the Firm president and managing partner, is a Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law, joined Burch & Cracchiolo in 1980. He has a Martindale-Hubbell peer reviewed AV Preeminent 5.0 Rating and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America every year since 2003, as a Super Lawyer of the Southwest since 2007 and by Chambers USA since 2005. Bull was selected as metro Phoenix “Lawyer of Year” in the Real Estate practice area by Best Lawyers in America in 2013.
Ray, also practices in the areas of land use planning, zoning, real estate transactions, landlord/tenant, and other real estate-related matters. In addition, he represents defendants in the areas of construction defects and insurance claims. Ray’s experience includes commercial and business litigation. He was selected as a Southwest Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2013 and has been named an “Up and Comer” by Arizona Business Magazine’s People to Know in Commercial Real Estate.
