Bull, the Firm president and managing partner, is a Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law, joined Burch & Cracchiolo in 1980. He has a Martindale-Hubbell peer reviewed AV Preeminent 5.0 Rating and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America every year since 2003, as a Super Lawyer of the Southwest since 2007 and by Chambers USA since 2005. Ray, also practices in the areas of land use planning, zoning, real estate transactions, landlord/tenant, and other real estate-related matters. In addition, he represents defendants in the areas of construction defects and insurance claims. Ray’s experience includes commercial and business litigation. He was selected as a Southwest Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2013 and has been named an “Up and Comer” by Arizona Business Magazine’s People to Know in Commercial Real Estate.
