BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (March, 2012) - Christian & Small LLP announced that attorney Aubrey J. (Jay) Holloway, Jr. has been nominated for membership in the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).
CLM’s Members and Fellows include risk and litigation managers, insurance and claims professionals, corporate counsel, outside counsel and third party vendors. The CLM sponsors educational programs, provides resources and fosters communication among all in the industry. Holloway’s practice consists primarily of insurance defense litigation with an emphasis on both commercial and personal transportation. He also handles general corporate liability, premises liability and insurance coverage litigation.
