BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Sept. 2021) — The law firm of Christian & Small LLP, headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, is pleased to announce that Associate Connor W. Herfurth has joined the firm in its Birmingham office. He will focus his practice on Insurance, Professional Liability, Retail and Hospitality, and Transportation.

“I could not be more thrilled to be joining Christian & Small whose longstanding reputation as nonstop advocates precedes them.” Herfurth said. “I am excited to grow my legal career here and I look forward to building relationship with clients and within the community.”

Prior to joining Christian & Small, Herfurth clerked with both defense and plaintiff firms and spent one year with a civil defense firm. Herfurth served as editor of the Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Re-view, Volumes 9-10, and authored “How Do You Want to be Defined?” for the Crimson White. He co-authored Tuscaloosa Environmental Digital Project: Creating A Historical Record of Tuscaloosa’s Ecology.

Herfurth is a 2019 graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law and is admitted to practice in Alabama. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Birmingham Bar, the Phoenix Club. Herfurth serves on the Restoration Academy Advisory Council, the AMBUCS Junior Board, and is a volunteer coach for Mountain Brook Athletics.
