Demorest Law Firm, PLLC is pleased to announce that Steve Kursman has joined the firm Of Counsel.

Mr. Kursman has been practicing Law since 1981 after graduating from Duke University School of Law, J. D., 1981, and the University of Michigan, B.A. in economics with High Distinction, in 1977.

Mr. Kursman will help the firm in the areas of commercial litigation and trials, condemnation and real estate litigation, ERISA fringe benefits litigation, arbitration and mediation, collections, accounting malpractice defense, wrongful discharge defense, defamation defense, and bankruptcy adversary proceedings defense.
