Fred Johs and Kevin Mescall recently presented a Mock Trial of a New York bodily injury case to members of the London Insurance Market, London, U.K. In highlighting the differences between the United States and the U.K., the presentation illustrated the dynamics involved between the judge, attorneys and most importantly the jurors. Over 150 members of the Market attended, many of whom are presently handling claims venued in New York. The presentation was received quite favorably, with numerous participants commenting that this was the first presentation of its kind in London.
