Lewis Johs Avallone Aviles, LLP (New York, NY) founding partner Frederick C. Johs was elected president of the Advancement for Commerce Industry & Technology, Inc.

On December 3, 2010, Edward J. Blaskey, Market President at TD Bank and outgoing president of the Advancement for Commerce Industry & Technology, Inc. (“ACIT”), announced the election of Frederick C. Johs, Esq., partner in the law firm of Lewis Johs, to serve as the new president of ACIT. Mr. Johs previously served on the Board of Directors of ACIT.
