February 2020, Hong Kong – We are pleased to announce that Mr. SO Han Meng Julian (蘇漢明) joined as a consultant of our firm in our Corporate and Commercial Practice with effect from 3rd February 2020.
Julian is qualified as a solicitor in Singapore, England and Hong Kong. Before joining us, Julian worked in reputable international law firms in Singapore and Hong Kong. He moved to in-house in financial industry since 2001, specialising in banking, structured finance, securitisation and derivatives.
