Kim advises individuals, fiduciaries, family groups, and business and charitable organizations on matters relating to estate and retirement planning; individual, fiduciary, and corporate income and transfer tax matters and controversies; trust and estate administration; and formation, qualification, and ongoing compliance of charitable organizations. She is licensed to practice in Ohio and Florida and is a recognized author on the topics of Federal Tax and Ohio Law updates. Kim graduated from Cornell Law School in 2008 with a concentration in Business Law and Regulation. She received her B.A. from the University of Rochester where she graduated magna cum laude.
