Kohner, Mann & Kailas, S.C. (Milwaukee, WI) attorneys Stephen Taylor and Robert L. Gegios are authors of "Bridging Cultural Differences: A Prerequisite for Counsel in International Transactions," appearing in the newly-released Kluwer Law International publication The Comparative Law Yearbook of International Business.

The authors argue that the ability to bridge cultural differences is already an inherent element of good counsel in international business dealings and is likely to become increasingly essential due to a continuing realignment of global economic power, raising questions about whether current legal training equips lawyers to meet the present expectations of businesses.

The Comparative Law Yearbook of International Business, Vol. 32, (D. Campbell ed., Kluwer Law International, 2010), ISBN 978-90-411-3361-8, is published under the auspices of the Center for International Legal Studies. Based in Salzburg, Austria since 1976, the Center has a close cooperation with numerous universities and educational institutions in Europe and the United States.
