The Bennett Law Firm is pleased to announce that Peter Bennett has been selected to the 2016 New England Super Lawyers list, an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. Only 5% of attorneys in New England receive this distinction.
Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a patented multiphase selection process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with independent research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis. The objective is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel. Since Super Lawyers is intended to be used as an aid in selecting a lawyer, we limit the lawyer ratings to those who can be hired and retained by the public, i.e., lawyers in private practice and Legal Aid attorneys.
Peter Bennett, President of the firm is nationally recognized as a lawyer representing management in the field of labor and employment law, and is President of The Bennett Law Firm. He is also a leader in the bar, and currently serves as Special Advisor to the American Bar Association’s Presidential Standing Committee on American Justice System and as a Trustee of the National Judicial College, the nation’s preeminent institution for the training of the judiciary.
