Mariano E. Carricart is a business law attorney with the Argentina firm of Badeni, Cantilo, Carricart & Bilbao in Buenos Aires. He graduated from the School of Law and Political Science at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Santa Maria de los Buenos Aires in 1996. He received his master’s degree in International Commercial Law (Banking and Finance) at Nottingham University in Great Britain in 2001. In addition, Carricart graduated from the course on Corporate Finance at the Centre for Advanced Studies of the Law in 2003. He is an Argentine collaborator for the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation, and the Oxford University Press.
