A Message to Our Clients and Friends

By William E. Lestitian, Esquire
Managing Shareholder

As the year draws to a close and we move into the holiday season, we reflect on the challenges which 2020 has given to us. A pandemic, economic uncertainty, and political divisions have caused many to despair. Still, in the midst of all of the changes which we have had to endure in 2020, we face the future with confidence and hope in Providence, each other, and our nation. Our best days are ahead and we embrace the future with the optimism and shared knowledge that can be gained when overcoming obstacles.

The events of 2020 have brought to light what is most valuable: family; health; freedom; friendships; and service to others. While 2020 has been a shared journey, the impact has also been deeply and uniquely personal. We are fortunate at Rothman Gordon and decided that this year, instead of gifts and parties, we would focus our resources on helping our neighbors. We are proud to again partner with WQED on December 1, 2020 for GIVE BIG PITTSBURGH, a regional Day of Giving, to raise funds to support students, educators and caregivers. We invite those of you who are in the position to do so, to join in and support your favorite non-profits. There are many in need right now.

And while this year has been strange, there have been good things to celebrate. I am pleased to announce that Noah Jordan and Rich Gaitens have been promoted. We see a bright future with such talent in our ranks. During this time of Thanksgiving, we are also grateful to you, our clients and friends, for continuing to put your trust in us. We are here when you need us. In the meanwhile, all of us at Rothman Gordon wish you and yours a very happy holiday season.

Chipotle accomplished this misappropriation by short-changing its customers who used cash for purchases.

If you have been short-changed by Chipotle when using cash at one of their restaurants, we want to hear from you.
