Lane’s business representation includes the manufacturing, construction and management services sectors.  He also represents professional entities in accounting, law and medicine. In addition, he is Certified as a Tax Specialist by the Arizona State Bar and practices in the areas of taxation and tax controversy.

Lane received his JD from the Kent College of Law in Chicago and his BBA in business administration and accounting from the University of Michigan. Lane is admitted to practice law in Arizona, Illinois,

Michigan and the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Arizona State Bar and the American Bar Association.
