Rosen Hagood is pleased to announce that Liam Duffy has been appointed as the 2016-2017 Chair of the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division’s (ABA YLD) Law Practice Committee. The ABA YLD Law Practice Committee focuses on issues related to the business side of practicing law, including the core areas of marketing, management, technology, and finance. In this position, Duffy will work with the committee and other ABA entities to provide unique and cutting-edge resources, as well as educational and professional development opportunities. These include CLEs, networking events, and print and electronic updates.
Duffy joined Rosen Hagood in 2015 and practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation. He is admitted to practice in the State of South Carolina and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. Duffy is also a member of the Charleston County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar, and the American Bar Association. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the College of Charleston and his J.D., summa cum laude, from the Charleston School of Law.
