Rosen Hagood is pleased to announce that Alex Cash was elected as the 2016-2017 President of the South Carolina Association for Justice (SCAJ) at its annual convention on August 4, 2016. SCAJ is an organization dedicated to protecting individual rights and has over 1,300 members throughout South Carolina.

Highly active within the state’s community of trial attorneys, Cash has previously been elected by his peers and served in several other positions for SCAJ, including president-elect, vice president, secretary/treasurer, and on the board of governors. He holds the highest professional rating, AV Preeminent®, from Martindale-Hubbell® and was selected for inclusion in the 2016 South Carolina Super Lawyers list. He was also previously selected by his peers to become a member of the National Trial Lawyers “Top 100 Trial Lawyers” in South Carolina in 2008, and the National Association of Distinguished Counsel “Top One Percent” in 2015.
Cash practices primarily in the area of family law, including divorce, custody, support issues, and property division. He also represents clients in catastrophic personal injury cases. He has been admitted to practice in South Carolina, the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.
