Russell Advocaten (Amsterdam, The Netherlands) is pleased to announce the addition of Jan Dop as director in the firm as per January 1, 2011.

Jan Dop joined Russell Advocaten in 1995, after finishing his Law study at the VU University Amsterdam. During his study, Jan specialized in labour law. He provides legal advice to medium-sized and large Dutch and international (stock listed) companies on matters relating to corporate law and labour law. Jan is a regular writer of articles on legal issues and the co-author of the books De Regelen der Arbeidsverhouding (Rules and Regulations of Labour Relations) and Handboek Ontslagrecht (Handbook on Termination of Employment). He also holds (in-house) seminars in order to prevent or solve labour law conflicts at an early stage.
