David is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association Committee on Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets.  His nationally recognized presentation explains how to identify a client's key digital assets and how to plan in advance to make sure the right people get the right information after the client's death or disability.  It also provides an update on how state legislatures and digital service providers are slowly evolving in their approach to these issues.
