Brazil, July 2022 – In the context of the fast paced growth of the pet market, on July 1, 2022, the founders of Vet Análises sold their business to Tecsa Laboratórios (Tecsa), a subsidiary of Pet Care S.A. (Pet Care), invested by VCA Animal Hospitals (VCA), the largest company in veterinarian care in the United States of America.
Alexandre Garcia, Fabricio Abreu and Karla Campos will remain at Vet Análises and, together with Tecsa´s and Pet Care´s team, will continue to assist in the growth of the business in Rio de Janeiro. The sale is aligned with the companies´ mission to broaden access to cutting edge veterinarian care and to maintaining high standards of veterinarian practice.
