James Cassidy, Randy Moody, Clark Price named in the 2013 edition of “Best Lawyers in America”

Roe Cassidy Coates & Price, P.A. is pleased to announce that three of its attorneys have been selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2013.

Jim Cassidy - Commercial Litigation; Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency; Reorganization Law.
Jim is a graduate of The Citadel and The University of South Carolina School of Law. He began his career in the general practice of law and has concentrated his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, and commercial and corporate litigation. He was certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court in 1993 as a specialist in bankruptcy and collection law primarily representing creditors. He is an experienced civil and corporate law litigator.

Randy Moody - Litigation: Labor & Employment; Employment Law - Individuals; Employment Law - Management.
A native of Alabama, Randy graduated from the University of Tennessee, summa cum laude, and The University of Alabama School of Law, cum laude. Upon graduating from law school in 1997, Randy moved to Greenville, where he began practicing law with a large regional law firm. He joined Roe Cassidy Coates & Price, P.A. in January 2004, and concentrates his practice in the areas of general litigation, professional liability, competition law, employment, business disputes and health care law.

Clark Price - Medical Malpractice Defense.
Clark has been a lawyer since 1979. He began his career as a general practice attorney and later as a criminal prosecutor. Over the years Clark has developed experience in a variety of areas of law. He represents hospitals and physicians in proceedings before the South Carolina Medical Board and trial courts. Clark also tries cases that involve real estate and business disputes. He has appeared before South Carolina’s Court of Appeals and Supreme Court on numerous occasions in a variety of matters, including landlord-tenant disagreements, civil conspiracy claims, and personal injury actions. Clark is currently President of the Greenville County Bar Association and has served as Chair of the Association’s Client Relations Committee. Clark has been named one of the Best Lawyers in America® 2012 in the area of medical malpractice defense. He enjoys running and struggling at golf.
