The law firm of Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A., is pleased to announce that Tonya K. MacBeth and Kenneth J. Januszewski have been named shareholders of the Firm.
MacBeth is a domestic relations attorney, whose practice addresses a full range of family law concerns, including nuptial agreements, divorce, and post-decree modification and enforcement actions. She resolves issues in mediation but also takes cases to trial when indicated. MacBeth has been with B&C since 2008 and was selected as a Southwest Super Lawyer “Rising Star” in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
MacBeth earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2005. She received her B.A. from the University of Arizona in 1991.
Januszewski has over 30 years of experience handling a broad array of litigation on behalf of insured parties and as coverage counsel. He practices in all areas of general liability and construction-related litigation and serves as the Practice Group Chair for the Firm’s Construction Defect and General Liability Practice. Januszewski actively practices in Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico.
Januszewski earned his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1981 and his B.A. from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan in 1978. He joined Burch & Cracchiolo in 2011.
