Rose Stout has been practicing since 1985 and with Smith Debnam since 1989. She represents clients in all aspects of domestic law, including divorce, custody, equitable distribution, child support and alimony. She has extensive trial experience at the district court level and has spoken at family law seminars on various family law issues. A certified mediator and an experienced arbitrator, Rose frequently acts in both capacities in family law matters. Rose has been a Board Certified Family Law Specialist by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization since 1991. She is also listed among North Carolina Super Lawyers® for Family Law and as a Best Lawyers in America.
Max Rodden is a NC Bar Board Certified Family Law Specialist who represents clients in all matters of family law. He has practiced law in North Carolina since 1991 and focused his practice in family law since 1992. Max is an active member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Wake County Bar Association and Tenth Judicial District Bar. He is also involved with the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, is a graduate of Leadership Raleigh, and is a member of the Christian Legal Society.
