My thoughts continue to be with you during this challenging time and we're here to help if you need us. Like most Americans, many of our colleagues' lives have been impacted by the important precautions and measures to limit the spread of the coronavirus.
As the situation evolves, I want to ensure that you that I am here to assist you with any legal matter or questions you may have.
I am writing to update you with respect to our efforts to respond to the coronavirus pandemic. Many Courts have scaled back operations considerably. Trials, Hearings, and Court Conferences are all being postponed (for only a few weeks at present), but depending on circumstances, those delays may continue for the foreseeable future.
As the coronavirus situation continues to play out, I want to assure you that my law firm, Earp Cohn, P.C., is fully functional and continuing to advocate for you.
For the health and safety of our employees, however, most of the attorneys and staff are working remotely from their homes. We have online, remote access to the firm’s computer network, email program, and case management system.
I remain available to speak with you by telephone, or to correspond with you by email, should feel free to contact us.
Our receptionist continues to answer the firm’s main lines personally from the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can always reach me on my cell phone.
