Mark Warzecha is the Director of Widerman Malek, P.L.’s Intellectual Property Litigation department. Mark focuses his practice exclusively in the areas of intellectual property prosecution and litigation. He advises corporations and individuals on their foreign and domestic intellectual property needs by counseling his clients on every aspect of intellectual property protection, policing, and enforcement.
He manages numerous trademark portfolios both domestic and foreign, including Germany, Japan and South America. He also advises his clients in matters related to Intellectual Property purchases, licensing and developing a strong, revenue-generating, intellectual property portfolio.
Throughout his career, Mark has been a frequent author and speaker about intellectual property issues and was a featured guest speaker on the In-House Warrior podcast, discussing “What GCs Need to Know About Protecting Their Brand.”
He is heavily involved in his community as a founding board member and director of the No Bad Days Foundation which purchases medical equipment for children with disabilities, and currently serves as Chair of the Primerus Community Service Board.
Outside of the law, Mark is an incredibly engaging storyteller at happy hours and events in addition to being an avid fisherman who can claim a lifetime grand slam catch, a black marlin, a blue marlin and a sailfish.
