Welcome to the Primerus Webinar Series. As we navigate these new waters together without in-person meetings, we want to do all we can to ensure you still benefit from the Primerus knowledge base. If you would like to present or have a topic suggestion, please contact Katie Bundyra at kbundyra@primerus.com
Presented by: Richard Gabriel
From medical care to employment to insurance to cruise ships and colleges, the COVID-19 pandemic is a crisis that has cut a wide litigation swath across many industries. Whether you are a plaintiff or defendant, the way you position your case in the court of public opinion during a crisis can greatly affect your settlement value and trial posture. This timely webinar discusses a three step system for clearly and persuasively communicating your client's position as well as ways to avoid critical mistakes that can negatively affect your client's case and reputation.
The panelists will be reserving time to answer specific questions from attendees and encourage those in attendance to come with questions prepared. If you would like specific questions addressed, you are invited to submit questions in advance to Katie Bundyra at kbundyra@primerus.com.
