Patrick Fuller serves as ALM Intelligence's Chief Strategist. He leverages his extensive expertise in analytics, strategy, and behavioral economics to assist law firms, legal departments, and service providers in thriving and reaching their goals.
A recognized thought leader in the legal sector, Patrick is the co-author of two influential books: "Measuring and Managing Performance for Law Firms" and "Strategic Intelligence for Law Firms." Throughout his 25-year career, he has amassed over 200 speaking engagements and writing credits.
Patrick’s diverse leadership roles demonstrate his unwavering commitment to driving change. He is a member of the Leadership Board at the University of North Texas College of Information and serves on the advisory board for two venture-backed technology companies, including as chair of one of the boards. Additionally, he actively contributes as a Community Leader with Diversity Lab's Move the Needle Fund. His dedication to promoting gender diversity is further underscored by his involvement on The Chiral Project’s board, which aims to nurture and empower future women leaders in the legal and financial sectors.
Additionally, Patrick is involved with Law 2.5, a think tank concentrating on the changing landscape of the legal profession. He is also a founding board member of Changing Legal, an international think tank committed to transforming operational practices in the legal sector. Most recently, Patrick has been appointed to the advisory board of the Legal Sales and Services Organization.
His leadership contributions have garnered accolades, including being honored as a Fellow, Trustee, and President-Elect of the College of Law Practice Management, as well as receiving the prestigious Fastcase 50 award in 2021.
