Doug Brown, JD, of Summit Success International, helps lawyers grow thriving and sustainable law firms, and enjoy high-quality lives. His executive coaching and training programs combine nearly 30 years of hard-earned experience as a lawyer, educator, executive, and entrepreneur to provide practical, actionable strategies for professional growth and personal well-being.
Doug is an authority on implementing positive change and thriving through adversity. His experience includes private and in-house legal practice, business marketing, sales, human resources, finance, and information technology. He served as the Connecticut Bar Association's chief executive and COO for a chain of fine jewelry stores. As program chair and professor in the MBA program for The Malcolm Baldrige School of Business at Post University, he designed and delivered MBA programs in leadership, entrepreneurship, finance, and innovation, specifically for experienced executives.
As chief learning officer for Summit Success International, Doug offers custom-tailored one-on-one executive leadership coaching to law firm leaders and professional development training programs for law firms.
